The short version

This site collects the minimum needed to run a business website. We do not sell personal data. The PharmaOS product itself is zero-persistence by default: no client commercial data is stored server-side. This policy covers the marketing site only.

Website analytics

We keep aggregate counts of how many times each page is viewed so we can tell which content is useful. This is cookieless, contains no personal identifiers, and does not build advertising profiles. We honour the browser Do Not Track signal: if it is on, nothing is recorded for your visit at all.

Account-level visit signal (B2B)

Like most B2B sites, we may resolve a visiting network's public IP address to the organisation that owns it (for example a company or an internet provider) to understand which organisations are interested in our content. We record only the resolved organisation name and the pages viewed, as aggregate counts on a short retention window (45 days). We do not store the IP address itself, we do not identify individuals, and we do not place tracking cookies for this. Visitors on home or mobile networks resolve to their internet provider, not a person.

Contact and demo requests

When you submit the contact form, the details you enter (name, work email, company, role, message) are emailed to our team through our email provider so we can reply. They are used only to respond to your request.

If you subscribe, your email and optional role are stored with our email provider to send the intelligence brief. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe and you can ask us to delete your record at any time.
